How long does it take to receive my order?
Despite the custom nature of our products, shipping typically takes just 5 to 7 business days.

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
Do you offer rush shipping options?
Currently, we do not offer rush shipping options. Please order in advance to ensure timely delivery.
How are the canvases shipped?
Canvases are carefully packaged and shipped with mounting brackets included for easy installation.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, as each canvas is made to order and customized for the customer.
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your canvas arrives damaged, please contact us at campuscanvas.us@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, and we will assist you promptly.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed due to the custom production process. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
